Steven "RAWQWLTY" Tejeda is a Mixing Engineer, Producer & Songwriter based in Pennsylvania. Born in the Dominican Republic then moving around from Washington Heights to Stroudsburg, PA, Steven was exposed to all types of music hitting almost every end on the spectrum; Ballads, Salsa, R&B, Bachata, Hip-Hop, Merengue, Pop, Flamenco and Rock & Roll. This instilled a wide palette of musical taste in his DNA from early on; something which he's always seen as an advantage in his career. This musical exposure and passion ultimately pushed him to become a musician.

From writer to producer to engineer, Steven was often developing and mentoring others for the betterment of their craft. This became a much more fulfilling role considering he did not enjoy having the "Spotlight" an artist does. By 2016 "Raw" had engineered for the likes of M.O.P, Chiddy Bang, Lou Val & LiveLikeDavis. That experience helped solidify him as his town's most respected and coveted engineer for Hip-Hop & R&B.

Shortly after, the "QWLTY" brand was born. Through his infinite desire for delivering quality work to his clients and collaborators, it was a fitting and welcomed title. Steven has now planted roots at Jungle City Studios NYC and has stepped into the world of post production and audio series storytelling from major publishers like Spotify and Audible. He also continues to freelance throughout the tri-state while also delivering quality mixing & mastering for internet clients worldwide.
